DeMarini and Com2uS partner to launch the updated Homerun Battle 3D.
A new update for Homerun Battle 3D, the most popular home run matchup game on the iPhone, has been released and is available for immediate download from the Apple App store. This latest version includes over 100 new items, featuring Homerun Battle 3D versions of DeMarini bats and equipment. Like their real world counterparts, the in-game DeMarini equipment provides a boost in player power and performance.
These sets allow Homerun Battle 3D players to customize their characters with already popular DeMarini bats such as the CF4 and Voodoo Black. Additionally, users can try out their brand new M2M bat which was just released. The power boost provided by the equipment allows users to compete with other players in a unique online matchup mode.
In Homerun Battle 3D, users get to experience first hand, through virtual play, the performance DeMarini bats can bring to their game. In previous versions, users were required to collect gold balls during game-play to provide a performance boost. However, with the newly included DeMarini equipment, novice players, are given a chance to compete with experienced users on a more leveled playing field. As in real world baseball games, skill is always the determining factor. But, armed with DeMarini bats and equipment, players can take their game to the next level. Along with the DeMarini packaged items, Homerun Battle 3D is offering 11 additional outfits ranging from Astronaut Spacesuit to Wild West costumes; which can be either purchased through the App Store or earned directly through gold balls.

Washington Natinals?
For several innings of tonight’s game vs. the Florida Marlins at Nationals Park, Nationals players Adam Dunn and Ryan Zimmerman sported uniforms with the word “Nationals” misspelled. The “o” was missing, making it “Natinals”, as you can see in this image from the broadcast.
The players switched jerseys mid-game after the error was noticed.
